Wheatgrass powder is produced from leaves of the commonly known plant Triticum Aestivum. Our Wheatgrass is organically grown on fertile plains in Europe, and harvested while it is still young, at its nutritional peak. It is then processed in one of the largest, highly innovative, and efficient dehydrator plants in Europe. The final processing step involves milling barleygrass into fine powder form. It take 5kg of fresh leaves to make 1kg powder. There is no trace of gluten from the original grain in the sprout, so wheatgrass powder is not usually a problem for those who are intolerant to grains.
The greens contain no additives.
