Gomasio is a traditional Japanese seasoning made with sesame seeds and salt. We have super fooded our gomasio up by adding Maitake mushroom extract, known as the dancing mushroom; Peruvian turmeric, a high curcumin content turmeric variety; Trikatu, the traditional Indian formula for igniting digestive fire; Kelp powder for its wonderful mineral content; and Cayenne powder for a little extra heat. Sprinkle it over any and every savoury dish to super food up your life!
