The iTeracare wand is a frequency device which is gaining popularity all over the world and can be used all over the body. It works particularly well in conjunction with the infrared sauna. If you are curious about the benefits of using the wand, this session enables you to try it out for yourself.

When you arrive, Kate will spend a short time chatting to you and learning about any particular issues you are facing. Then you will receive a 30 - 40 min wanding session, focussing on any key areas you want to treat. After that, you can enjoy a luxurious 30-40 min infrared sauna session. Finish with a shower and leave invigorated and renewed!
During the wanding session, you will be lying down, the wand is blown all over your body onto the skin. Please bring a bathing suit and two towels for the sauna. Towels can be rented for £1 each.
When you book a session, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. It would be helpful if you could let us know the best days and times for you when you book.
