Kate has been practicing Reiki for over 20 years. She has recently completed her Reiki Master Level 3 Training with Shaylini of The Sacred Self.

Reiki sessions do not involve any hands-on touch, the hands are kept a slight distance from the body at all times. The sessions are deeply medatitive and relaxing; you are likely to fall asleep! We advise keeping the rest of the day free after a Reiki session, and have time to relax in nature or in a comfortable environment, to integrate the profound effects of the Reiki energy.
Sessions can be held in person at Kate's home in central London, or by distance, in which case we ask you to just lie down somewhere comfortable at the alloted time.

When you book a session, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. It would be helpful if you could let us know the best days and times for you when you book. In person sessions happen at Kate's home in central London. Kate can travel to you; travel expenses will apply.
