Get your blender out! 

Soak the sea spaghetti in pure water overnight. Sea spaghetti needs soaking for a minimum of one hour, but we find to get it really nice and tender takes a good 8 hours. Soak the cashews and sesame seeds for at least an hour as well, preferably overnight. You can put the nuts and seeds together in the same water.

When you're ready to prepare your food, drain the nuts and seeds and put them in your blender with the lemon juice, olive oil, miso, agave, and water. Blend to a cream, then add the garlic, maca and suma and blend some more. When it's thick and whippy you can spoon it out. Drain the sea spaghetti and slather it in sauce. You don't have to use all the nut cream - any remaining makes a beautiful spread for flax crackers or spelt bread. Sprinkle the nibs and Sunseeds over your spaghetti and you're done. All that remains is to moan in delight as you savour your meal...
