Flax crackers are such a raw staple. You only need quarter cup flaxseeds a day to get your RDA of those essential omega 3 fatty acids. That's about five flax crackers. Have them for breakfast with chocolate spread instead of toast, or as a lunch spread with raw pate or nut butter, and heaped with green leaves or sprouts. Or as an anytime snack! You can make them yourself if you have a dehydrator. If not you can do them in the oven at a low temperature, although they won't be raw and you will be losing a lot of the benefits of those healthy fats.
