Shaman Shack fermented kelp and chlorella. They mix these into an organic, non-GMO miso made in Southern CA., with raw apple cider vinegar and add a few spices. Sea-Clear is salty tasting, but contains only fill spectrum sea salt. A little goes a long way! Sea-Clear is the result of 3 years research and development by Rehmannia.
