Kate has three decades of experience of holistic living, and can effortlessly guide you into healthier ways of looking at your life and your diet.
She specialises in transitioning into a raw vegan diet, sustaining it healthily long term, vegan nutrition, feeding a family, using superfoods to take your energy to the next level, hormonal health, shifting your mindset into a more magical way of looking at the world, and holistic support for people with chronic conditions.
Her approach centres around nutrition and supplementation, and diet and lifestyle solutions, in combination with mindfulness practices and naturopathic techniques.
Once you book, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out so Kate can have a good sense of what you are coming to see her about, and the session can be focussed on finding solutions. After the session, Kate will follow up with detailed notes of what you have covered together.
When you book a consultation, Matt will contact you to arrange a suitable time. It would be helpful if you could let us know the best days and times for you when you book. In person sessions happen at Kate's home in central London, or online sessions are usually conducted over Zoom.Kate can travel to you; travel expenses will apply.
