Did you know almost all cashews are subjected to high heat and pressure, even those labelled as “raw”? Although this removes the kernel’s shell and poisonous skin, it also kills the cashew. However, there is another way. Cracked using exotic knives and skinned by hand, the Flores method is a labour of love, removing the toxic coat without heat or pressure. This means that our authentically raw cashews retain all their nutrients with an unbeatable sweet, smooth taste.
