Description

Femininiteea is one of our series of RealiTeas, loose leaf herbal teas which ensure you get to appreciate the full wonder of the herbs. In a cold, damp climate like that of Northern Europe, we don't advise you to eat cold food and drink cold drinks all the time. One of the best ways round this is to drink lots of warm teas in the winter, with herbs such as reishi, ashwaganda, and shatavari. So here they are for you, our comforting teas to assist you through the winter months. It is a blend of shatavari root, rasberry leaf, damiana, goji berries and whole rosebuds. It has a wonderful aroma and flavour. Drawing from Chinese, Ayurvedic, and European herbalism, this blend takes five plants and puts them altogether in a tea.

When you drink herbal teas made from teabags, you are not getting the full power of the herbs. Loose leaf teas that you brew yourself in the pot are barely any more effort, but you get so much more of the benefits of the herbs when you make tea this way. That's why we bring you our five unique tea blends: Eterniteea, formulated with Chinese herbs, Infiniteea, which uses Ayurvedic herbs, Femininiteea and PMTeea, our special blends for women, Clariteea, which contains two of our favourite herbs gingko and moringa, and our newest blend, Immuniteea, a delicious combination featuring hibiscus and star anise. We include goji berries in all these blends: in China, gojis are traditionally consumed this way, in tea form, plus they add a natural sweetness to these blends which means you don't need to add any sweetener in the cup.

How To Use

Each bag of tea makes at least 24 cups of tea. We recommend brewing this tea in a teapot that has a built-in strainer, or in a cafetiere. Take 1/2 packet and add to 1 litre water. We always use the mix three times - so we get four cups of tea out You can usually squeeze a third brew and even a fourth out! Make sure when you put the tea in the pot you get an even mix of ingredients.
