At Adam’s Cold Pressed Chocolate we create indulgent raw chocolates that ‘treat you better’. Our unroasted, cold pressed criollo cacao beans retain more nutrients than traditionally roasted beans, giving a natural, more satisfying, flavour. Using yacon to sweeten our dark delicacies we produce a rich and velvety texture which has to be tried to be believed.

Our chocolates are organic and vegan certified, and free from dairy, gluten, soy, and refined sugars.

Allergens: Contains Hazelnuts.

Suffering from a serious back injury, I was introduced to the remarkable powers of a raw food diet whilst recovering at home in the Wye Valley. After discovering the decadent taste of raw cacao and experiencing the nourishing goodness of raw food on the body, I set out on an ambitious mission. To create a chocolate that tastes incredible and leaves you feeling remarkable.

We’ve spent over a decade in pursuit of this perfection, leading us from the beautiful Welsh hills to the agricultural wonderland of the South American mountains. We have sourced rare ingredients, pioneered sophisticated methods and chosen ethical means, all to achieve the seemingly impossible. Gourmet organic chocolate that satisfies your mind and body.

It all starts with our choice of the finest cacao. Cultivated on the foothills of the Andes, leading down to the rich rainforests, the Criollo tree is considered the King of Cacao. Producing beans that are recognised as the World’s finest; only 10% of chocolate is made with this beautiful bean. Known as the ‘Lost Crops of the Incas’, each of our cold-pressed cubes uses Yacon, Lucuma and Maca to make up the base of our raw chocolate. Cultivated on mountainside terraces, these lesser-known gems were once part of an agricultural wonderland of the Andes.

CACAO SOLIDS 41% MINIMUM (Cacao mass, cacao butter) yacon, dark agave, hazelnuts, blackcurrants, lucuma, maca, rose petals
