It's stone-milled without heating the sunflower seeds to preserve the full flavour and nutritional value of this traditional crop. It is a slow and careful process ensuring that the benefits and nutritional value is preserved. Only the best quality organic sunflower seeds are used, farmed in Europe. A good source of vitamins E and B, minerals and Omega essential fatty acids, a natural vegetable alternative to butter or margarine.
