Biscru crackers (Organic) - Black Olive & Onion (100g)

Biscru's little bite sized crackers go great with dips and a salad, or you can just take the bag out with you and snack on them like crisps. Biscru employs sustainable development at every stage in the making of its products.

Black olive and onion tastes similar to tapenade, with a great earthy flavour.

Flax crackers are a staple of any raw household that's worth its crystal salt. No-one wants to live on lettuce, and flax crackers are the perfect way to add a satisfying crispy crunch to your diet. If you don't always have time to make them, or you haven't invested in a dehydrator yet, we've got just the thing! Biscru are raw mini crackers that come in savoury and sweet flavours. They are all guaranteed raw, dairy-free and wheat-free, and were created by a professional chef in France so the flavours are fantastic.

The main ingredients in all the different varieties are buckwheat, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and psyllium.

All ingredients are organic and produced using sustainable agricultural practices. Their environmentally friendly approach to production and impact on their surroundings include sourcing at least 80% of its supplies direct from the mountaineous Rhône Alpes region surrounding Trièves, where the company is based.

All fresh fruit and vegetables are provided by growers based within 100km of the factory. The buckwheat, sunflower seeds, linseeds and psyllium are also bought from local agricultural suppliers.

Dehydration is energy intensive and the dehydrators are now powered by solar panels. Their dehydrating equipment is made available to the local organic famers so that they are able to make use of any surplus crops that they may have.

All orders up to 2kg (1.8kg plus packaging*) will normally be sent via Royal Mail. The prices are:

Europe £3 / 500g (with mainland UK capped at £6)

Rest of the world £6 / 500g
Except orders up to 200g: £3.00

Courier rates

Orders over 2kg & under 25kg (including all packaging*) will be sent by courier

Mainland UK £6 (*free over £150 - and up to 25kg)

If a package is returned by customs we will be charged, and this cost, together with the original carriage cost and a 10% handling fee will be deducted from any refund requested.
