Welcome to the other side, where the grass is always greener! 

This is our own unique blend of green powders and herbal extracts, specially mixed to provide you with a balanced nutritional intake. We believe in the power of raw foods to cleanse and detox and fill our bodies with positive energy. But we also believe you can't do the raw food diet successfully on just lettuce and bananas, and we need extra nutrient dense foods such as these to keep us reaching for the top every day.

Greener Grass contains nine different high vibrational foods, which together pack a sustained punch!

The main ingredients are:

Hemp protein - hemp is the best vegetarian source of protein on the planet, containing all 21 amino acids. It's also a brilliant source of those all-important EFAs.

Spirulina - the algae that has it all, meeting virtually every nutritional requirement, which is why we try and include it in our diets every day without fail.

Barleygrass - is the number one alkaliser, and a great source of protein, vitamins and minerals. It's a very calming and rebalancing food.

To this base, we add our three favourite high vibrational foods:

Crystal manna - this potentized form of Klamath Lake blue-green algae puts a shimmer on your dinner and a shimmy in your step. Blue-green algae has a complete nutritional profile, that is, it contains every single nutrient the body needs, in bioavailable form.

Purple corn - this rare form of corn is a powerful antioxidant, which helps us feel calm and alert. Purple is the colour associated with the pineal gland, so purple corn is said to open the third eye.

He Shou Wu - this Chinese herb is a great tonic but we love it mainly because it is reputed to make you happy.

Finally into the mix we pour:

Kelp - this sea vegetable is the most mineral rich food there is. Just quarter of a teaspoon a day is all we need to get a great dose of those grounding minerals, and if you're eating your Greener Grass every day you'll be getting plenty.

Chilli flakes - a little warming spice to keep your chi up, we consider spices an essential part of a raw food diet in a cold climate.

Crystal salt - this Himalayan salt assists with absorption of minerals in the body and brings out the flavours of foods.

Kate suggests starting with one tablespooon a day, and working up to two to three tablespoons a day. You can have half on your lunch and half on your dinner, or all in one go as you prefer. Sprinkle it on your salad, stir it into your soup, dish some into your dips, and cram a spoonful into your chocolate. This powder gives you a megadose of protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it's extremely alkalising, and mildly spicey.
