Love your Life . Eat for Vitality . Follow your Bliss

In a nutshell, inSpiral’s focus is on wholesome and compassionate, plant-based nutrition that tastes amazing. We love this world and its inhabitants and our food choices reflect this. Everything we produce comes with the intent to nourish you deeply and sustainably, whilst giving you a taste of just how good life can be. . . We believe food is much more than just fuel; it forms the very basis of a complete conscious lifestyle choice in order to abundantly feed the body, mind and spirit.

Our immediate vision is to make inSpiral Visionary Products available to people throughout this land and beyond. We aim to develop cool new foods, work with producers at source and create a business chain that benefits all who are concerned.

We are passionate about creating a powerful brand that does not compromise for profit and can stand tall next to other big players in this increasingly commodified food market. We believe passionately that a wholefood plant-based diet is the solution to many of our serious global problems such as human disease, animal suffering and the environment.

Our Philosophy

What’s it all about?
inSpiral is built on the belief that each and every one of us can contribute in a meaningful way to a better future and present for all of us. Planetary health starts deep within us all and to that extent the choices we make about what we eat are hugely important, not only for our own wellbeing, but to a much larger extent the entire planet we inhabit.

Too much of our current reality is about focusing on the negative, the lack, the broken rather than seeing the immense beauty of what is and what could be once we globally grow up. At inSpiral we celebrate life, its vibrant variety, its many taste sensations and the wealth of community that come together in this global village. We understand ourselves as a catalyst for all that come in contact with us, our staff as well as our customers. We are exploring new ways of feeding our physical bodies as well as our minds and hearts – clearly needed in the times we live in – to allow us all to step right into our most optimum selves.

Our Nutritional Philosophy – and the dream ahead
We at inSpiral are passionate about contributing our share to this emerging consciousness and nutrition is certainly one of the cornerstones of this belief. For too long we have been in the grip of a corporate food culture which is all about profits rather than wellbeing, about shelf life and genetically engineered bumper crops rather than vitality and sustainability. We are now paying the price for these choices with an increasingly ill society that is manufacturing its drugs tailor made to ‘combat’ our  ‘industrialized dis-eases’. By supporting an environmentally conscious, compassionate diet based on health principles we intend to revert this negative trend.

Our Environmental Philosophy – and what else we are planning to do
Beyond nutrition we believe that we have many more choices to change the world around us in a positive way and you will find many inspirations by exploring our world. At inSpiral we use only Sustainably created electricity, we recycle as much as possible and we use biodegradable and recycled packaging, we try and keep our food miles down. By promoting a plant-based wholefoods diet we massively reduce our greenhouse gas impact and we are proud to inspire others to do the same.

Community – an active consciousness shift

All major transformations are a result of a deeper consciousness shift that ripples through society, often catalyzed by a small minority. We feel strongly that we need to rethink our way of interacting, of relating, our perception and awareness. Love is the answer, Compassion the way and Integrity the key.

We are not alone
Even when we are alone – we are still part of a much bigger picture. You could argue from a very rational point of view that all of our actions contain repercussions for the rest of us – logical! but think a step deeper and you will come to the conclusion that the entire globe we are sitting on is like one breathing, growing, aching organism. And we are merely one of the many parts within this enormous and beautiful web of life!
