What are Enzymes?
Enzymes are biocatalysts; they either begin a reaction or cause a reaction to speed up. The human body only has a certain set storage of enzymes which rapidly depletes as we age. This is not helped either by the current Western diet of junk, processed, and sugar-filled foods.
Enzymes are essential to good health and well being - in fact without enzymes life would not exist!
Enzymes are essential to good health and well being. They clean the blood, improving circulation. They are a natural anti-inflammatory
Enzymes are adaptogenic and help to support a strong immune system.
Enzymes are life! We start aging at 27 - up to that point the body uses it's store of enzymes abundantly. Unfortunately, and importantly, we have a FINITE amount of enzymes, so after around 27 years old the body uses less and less of it's limited supply, to prevent early death. With the reduction in enzymes fibrin starts building up in the blood, the blood thickens, we have circulation problems and all our internal organs are affected.
Systemic enzymes are perfectly safe to consume. The only exception is if you are a hemophiliac or are on prescription blood thinners, as enzymes will help these drugs work and thin the blood too much.
What do we mean by Systemic Blend?
By using Enzymagic to increase the enzymes throughout your body, to assist in restoring the body to optimal health
What is a Digestive Enzyme?
A digestive enzyme breaks down the proteins, fats and carbohydrates in food during the digestive process allowing the body to better utilise the food you eat.
What is a Proteolytic Enzyme?
The Proteolytic Enzyme digests protein and is considered as an anti-inflammatory agent. Some examples of Proteolytic Enzymes are Protease, Serrapeptase, Bromelain, and Papain.
What is a Lipase Enzyme?
Lipase enzymes digest fat.
What is an Amylase Enzyme?
Amylase enzymes digest carbohydrates.
What is Apple Pectin?
As a dietary fibre, apple pectin is helpful in maintaining good digestive health. Apples are rich in pectin; a soluble fibre which is effective in lowering cholesterol levels. Apple pectin also helps maintain intestinal balance by cleansing the intestinal tract with its soluble and insoluble fibres.
Are there any compatibility issues with other nutraceuticals? No. In fact, since vitamins are coenzymes, and minerals are cofactors to enzymes, enzymes are needed in the body for them to be able to have their full effect. In addition, the vitamins and minerals assist the enzymes. Thus, systemic enzyme use enhances the effect of other supplementation programs.
Why do you call Enzymagic a vegetarian product?
The enzymes used in Enzymagic are plant derived with no animal products. This allows everyone, including strict vegetarians, to take Enzymagic. Some enzyme products use ingredients that are derived from bovine (cows).
Are there any side effects at all with your product?
We currently have no documented evidence of any adverse side effects based on the use of Enzymagic.
However, you should NOT take this product without the consent of your Health Practitioner if you are currently taking anti-coagulants, commonly known as blood thinners. The enzymes could enhance the effects of the blood thinning medications by making them stronger.
