Ecstatic Beings
So what happens when you do your homework, eat raw foods, detox your cells, practice yoga and meditation, develop a positive mental attitude, and nurture your creativity?
Kate has been living this way for nearly two decades now, and with her friend Shazzie, she set out to try and begin to explain how it feels when all that hard work and discipline pays off and you are flying down the ecstatic highway of life.
Ecstatic Beings contains articles, photostories, recipes, puzzles, quizzes, poems and even cut out and keep dolls. It's an A4 book, with full-colour throughout, with a visual audacity that words cannot possibly do justice to.

It's all things and it's none

We're multi-dimensional beings;
We're mighty-dimensional beings.
We're warriors of the light,

To move beyond the 3-d,
Leave behind duality,

Massively and magnetically,
We are creating holographic reality,
We are entering multidimensionality.
We are shamans,
Bringing together the two worlds,
Piercing through the veils,
Entering our new selves.
Ancient cellular wisdom
Meets galactic starbeing futurism
In a here and now explosion.
Hasn't ever been more massive
On our little planet.

This is the book I've been waiting for all my life. I received this book yesterday afternoon and started reading it immediately, I can hardly put it down. It's full of amazing things, information, poetry, random beautiful silliness, inspiration. As I was reading it, it was like filling little gaps in that I've had in my head and heart for ever. It answered questions that I have never had answered (I wouldn't even dare ask some of them). It made me feel like its ok to feel how I feel. Thank you Kate and Shazzie, I am on the spaceship and can't wait for take off!
