UK SHIPPING

Free Royal Mail Tracked is available for all orders over £99. DPD is discounted to £3.00 over £99.

We dispatch Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm, excluding public holidays. This may not always be possible during particularly busy periods.

Non-mainland locations including Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands are exempt from Royal Mail and DPD's delivery time frames.

• This service is Tracked 24 Hour or Tracked 48 Hour, including delivery on weekends.
• Royal Mail services are available up to 10kg.
• 24 Hour & 48 Hour delivery is an aim and not a guarantee by Royal Mail, although they achieve this for the vast majority of consignments to mainland UK.

DPD Courier

• We offer the standard next-day service with DPD. Please note that this is a standard service, next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
• DPD's next-day service officially covers Monday-Friday. Weekend delivery is possible, but orders dispatched on a Friday may not be delivered until the following Monday.
• We recommend using the DPD app as it has lots of useful features for delivery. DPD currently make two delivery attempts,so please make sure you have left instructions if you are not in. If there are no instructions given, the parcel will either be held at the local depot for further instruction or returned to our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds Policy

UK Customers

By law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Please check your goods thoroughly upon receipt. In the event that they aren't in excellent condition, your order is incomplete or is not what you ordered, you must notify us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt and we will replace or refund faulty or missing items.

To arrange a return please email hello@rawliving.co.uk. We provide a Royal Mail return label, or for heavier orders we can arrange a DPD collection. 

- We provide free returns where the error is our responsibility (e.g. products are incorrect, damaged, or faulty).

- In any other cases we charge a £3.00 return fee for Royal Mail which is deducted from any refund once processed. For parcels over 10kg DPD collection incurs a starting price of £21.00 (£12.00 collection and £9.00 delivery).

- We do not offer exchanges, so if you have ordered the incorrect item, a separate order will need to be placed.

Using the Royal Mail return label, the return can be dropped off at a post/sorting office OR doorstep collection can be booked here.

Responsibility for the order falls to the customer upon delivery. If items are returned to us without prior arrangement and through different channels, we may not be able to reimburse for any postage costs incurred. During return, the customer is responsible for the item(s) until they reach our warehouse.

We are not able to offer a refund for any product that is not in resalable condition (e.g. sealed and in its original packaging), unless previously agreed.

We always use the exact delivery address supplied to us, so we cannot be responsible for any errors made when the address is input at checkout. Please always double check the address provided and notify us (hello@rawliving.co.uk) of any amendments that are required - we will do our best to make any changes. With express checkout for example PayPal, the delivery address will default to the one you have registered with PayPal. 

To cancel your purchase within the cooling-off period, please email hello@rawliving.co.uk. Once your email has been replied to, please package the relevant item(s) and post to us so that we receive it within 14 working days of the day. As soon as we receive your cancellation notice, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge (we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge).

For personalised items made up to a customer's specification we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, unless the item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged.

International Shipping

We do not charge taxes to non-UK customers, so all international shipments will incur charges during import. Unfortunately we are unable at this time to offer a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service. Import fees are usually the destination countries standard VAT rate + a handling fee - this is collected by the delivery agent.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:Some countries will not allow the import of certain products. We will do our best to restrict sales of these products where possible, but it remains the responsibility of the customer to research and establish what their country rules and regulations are.

Raw Living cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs. If an order is rejected by customs due to the contents, or returned by post due to lack of import payment from the customer, Raw Living may be charged. Any cost incurred towards us, together with the original shipping cost, will be deducted from any potential refund.
