Returns & Refunds Policy: By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Please check your goods upon receipt. In the unlikely event that they aren't in excellent condition, your order is incomplete or is not what you ordered, you must notify us by phone or email within 7 days of receipt and we will replace faulty or missing items.
Please note that for every order we will use the address supplied to us with your order - unless we have been notified of a different address for that order. Please do not assume that as we have sent a previous order to a different address, that we will do so for your next order - unless we have confirmed that we will.
Please note that the responsibility for the product(s) becomes the customer's upon delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
When exercising the right to cancel during the cooling-off period, goods are to be returned at the customer's expense. However, refunds are not dependent on the goods being returned. If goods are not returned to us after a customer has exercised the right to cancel, we require that they are made available for collection. The direct cost of collection will be deducted from the refund. You will remain liable for the cost of any goods that are not returned or made available for collection. We will pay the refund to your original payment card within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation. Where a returned item forms part of a larger order, only the proportion of the delivery charge applying to that item will be refunded.
Items must be returned using recorded or registered delivery and the costs of return postage and packaging are the customer's responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
To cancel your purchase within this seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. As soon as we receive your cancellation notice, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge (we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge).
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please check that it meets with your approval within the cooling-off period. We do not accept returns of unwanted goods after this period has elapsed unless they are faulty.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and you will not be entitled to a full refund if you wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel an order from outside the EU please contact email@example.com.
If you are ordering on behalf of a business the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and our contract of sale with your business is complete when you accept delivery of the goods. It is important that you select the correct product for your needs as you will not be entitled to a full refund if you wish to return the goods. We do not normally accept the return of goods bought by a business unless the product is new and in its original, unopened packaging.
Please ensure when returning goods that you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. We can arrange a reasonably priced courier collection service for larger items, please contact us for details. Please ensure that items for return are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not accept responsibility for damage to returned items caused by insufficient packaging. In most cases, sufficient packaging means inside a strong cardboard box with adequate internal cushioning around the product. For items personalised or made up to a customer's specification we are unable to except returns or refund this is in accordance with distance selling regulations. This includes our cakes or any product that has been opened and cannot be returned, sealed in its original packaging.

Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, either by first class post or next-day courier, depending on the order. We are unable to deliver on national or Bank holidays (Saturday deliveries by courier attract a premium charge at source). We have a next day courier service with FedEx in the UK, and a 48hr service with Parcelforce for some continental European countries - delivery to other European and non-European countires will take approximately 3-5 days.
Orders that include cakes Cakes are sent out from Monday to Wednesday. Cakes ordered after noon on Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday (this is to ensure delivery on a week day).
Please note: While the vast majority of orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day, this is not guaranteed. Next day delivery is the service we have with the courier once we've dispatched your order, it does not guarantee that your order arrives the day after you place your order.
Overseas Orders and Delivery: . For bulk deliveries outside the UK, please contact us via email (email@example.com), costs and delivery times vary.
Please note that prices are currently quoted and charged in GBP (pricing in Euros is coming). The amount you are charged will depend on current exchange rates.
Some items might not be allowed into your country - it is the customer's responsibility to check this before placing their order. Raw Living is not responsible for any items undelivered for this reason. Once the items have left the UK, the customer accepts full responsibility for them - replacement and refund terms do not apply.
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been given to us - through the checkout section of the site, or acknowledged by phone or email. Your package will require a signature.
Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
If no-one is in when your delivery arrives, and you have specified for it to be left near your property or with a neighbour, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
Products: All pictures are only representations and items may vary from this. All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock we will let you know when we might expect new stock and either send your order in two parts, or refund the item(s), or agree with you a substitute product, of equal value. Please note that some of our products are ordered from overseas and we may sometimes experience a delay in delivery. We will keep you informed at all times
Cancellation Policy for all Raw Living events Please read our cancellation policy before booking. When booking any event, you accept the terms of the cancellation policy. If you need to cancel after you've booked, here are the refund details:
Cancellation up to two weeks before the event = 90% of your monies paid refunded (the rest goes towards admin and card charges).
Cancellation two weeks before the event = 50% of your monies paid refunded (the rest goes towards admin and card charges)
Cancellation less than seven days before the event = 0% of your monies paid refunded (due to hire of equipment, room bookings and purchasing of food as well as the charges above)
If you book on any of the Raw Magic Advanced Courses or Retreats, there is a non-refundable deposit of £100. If you cancel more than 2 wks before the course, we refund you whatever you have paid less £100. If you cancel 2 wks or less before the course, we are unable to offer you any refund. We will do our best to transfer you onto a later course, or book you a private session with Kate, please enquire.
If you are unable to attend an event, you may find someone else to take your place and transfer your booking into their name, there is no additional charge for this, although it is up to you to make all the arrangements, we cannot do this for you.
Sorry, we are unable to offer concessionary places on the events.
Complaints: We welcome all feedback and will endeavour to deal with any problems experienced by our customers as a priority, and aim to have a solution within five working days.
