Sessions with Kate combine kitchen skills with cutting edge nutritional information and inspiration and motivation for living the life of your dreams. Kate believes raw foods and superfoods to be one of the most powerful tools we have at this time for unlocking human potential, and gets great fulfilment from sharing her knowledge of food, and the healing and unfolding that that can reveal.
Kate offers telephone consultations by the hour - Calling Miss Magic, and full-on inspirational days - Make Magic Happen. Everyone booking a date with Kate gets 10 % off their Raw Living shopping for a full seven days afterwards. All in person sessions include plenty of tastings and a doggy bag to take home.
